The warranty will only apply for manufacturing defects, and does not include product misuse.
When making jewellry by hand, each piece is unique, so we do not guarantee that the product is exactly the same as the one in the photo, there will always be small variations, what you will have in your hands will be something unique.
Awaibiza will be responsible for any manufacturing failure, so we will repair or replace it with a new one at no cost to the customer.
